  • Hyrox - Bootcamp is our class to help improve overall conditioning by increasing your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength, endurance AND all many other aspects of fitness.
  • Great to help you become fitter and leaner so expect to enjoy a wide range of exercises here including battle ropes, sleds, carries, tyres, much much more

This class will not involve any technical barbell lifts
