Our Run Club is very casual and open to ALL. Our approach is to jog / run at a comfortable pace so we can manage a conversation with each other to build our mental fitness as well as our physical foundations. Working at a lower intensity in our heart rates zones of 2/3, but you can push yourself more if you'd like to. We will select certain routes and post in our WhatsApp 'Run Club' group and will have the chance to incorporate some fartlek training also.
