We are a family run gym with a friendly and supportive community. We expect all our members to respect, help and support each other.

PLEASE ENSURE you TURN OFF THE LIGHTS to the rooms at the gym if staff are not present. Especially at weekends
We recommend you bring a water bottle to keep hydrated which you can fill up at the gym.

Off-Peak Hours: 

Monday - Friday 0600 - 1700  then  1900 - 2130

Saturday & Sunday 0800 - 1130


Under 18s:
Monday 0630-1200 / 1500-1715 / 1930-2130
Tuesday 0630-1715 / 1930-2130
Wednesday + Thursday 0630-1715 / 1930-2130
Friday 0630-2030
Saturday + Sunday 0800-1130
(Restricted to 4 x sessions per week)

Liam Hunn / Owner & Coach

Liam is the proud owner of Superhero Fitness and the local expert in all things health & fitness.

His passion to transform people's lives for the better is inspiring and the personal service he offers is second to none!

Whatever your goal, with Liam's fun and knowledgeable approach, he will help you get to exactly where you want to be. 


Livvy Barnard / Gym Manager

Livvy runs the day-to-day duties at the gym. If you need any assistance with anything, she is the go-to-gal! Friendly and often too chatty!; She will endeavor to get you where you need to be.


Julia Mellors / Coach & Yoga Instructor

Julia is a well balanced breath of fresh air. Whether you need encouragement to get that last rep in a Sweat / Perform class, or whether you need calming

breathwork techniques in the middle of a yoga movement, she is your woman! Always there to bring a smile and ready to accommodate you wherever you are in your fitness journey.


Dan Stephens / Coach & PT

Dan is our newest recruit, a keen boxer himself, he is sure to put you through your paces on 1-1 personal training sessions catered to you,

or getting your heart rates pumping with energy, ready for an Engine class. 



Amy Bridges / Admin & Reception

Amy is a self-confessed gym addict. Seeing as she spends every day at the gym we figured she may as well work here too! You will find Amy helping out on reception.... or working out! Either way she will always be around for a welcoming chat.
