We are more than just a gym. We are a family. Our independent gym was founded in 2017, by Liam Hunn, the owner of Superhero Fitness Ltd. We are proud to offer exceptional facilities, empowering training classes and professional knowledge for all your fitness needs. The gym boasts 3 incredible fitness studios, alongside a large outdoor training area. With over 13 years experience in the fitness industry, Liam created the gym with the sole purpose of creating a space for the people of Felixstowe, Suffolk, where everyone feels welcome to achieve their fitness goals no matter their ability or experience level.

We offer excellent Gym facilities for our members, Personal Training options - whether you would like to have 1-1 sessions or Private Group sessions with a friend, a wide variety of Group Training classes, Online programmes available to purchase, access to the TrainHeroic app for recording your sessions, Various Bootcamp courses throughout the year, Workshops and Social Events.
